We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
Easy in-store exchanges
Alternatively, you can exchange the merchandise for another style or size at any of our exclusive stores. Find your nearest store from the list available in the Store Locator section. Visit any store from the list available in the Store Locator section within 15 days from the date of receiving the product for the exchange to be processed. Please make note of the following points before visiting the store for a hassle-free exchange process:
1. Kindly carry the invoice copy along with the unused product.
2. If the newly selected merchandise value is more than the originally purchased merchandise value, then you may have to pay the difference amount. We ONLY allow exchanges at our stores. Return requests can be processed by following the steps mentioned in the above section.
